In July, we hosted our Jumpstart Study Skills Camp for some of ND's Class of 2026! Our Learning Consultant, Mrs. Hess, shared organizational tips and test-taking strategies among other skills so that these incoming freshmen have a successful jumpstart to their ND experience. 🤩📚

Congratulations to Sam Short ‘22 who was selected to play in the prestigious Missouri Athletic Club High School All Star Soccer Game on June 17th. Sam was ND’s 2021-2022 senior soccer captain. She will be continuing her soccer career at Southwest Baptist University in the fall. Way to go, Sam! ⚽️

In May, we raised our glasses in honor of S. Jan Berberich '67. It was wonderful to see alumnae, current and past faculty members, as well as fellow SSNDs on campus to celebrate her dedication to Notre Dame High School for the last 35 years! Her presence at ND will be greatly missed. We want to thank her for being one of Notre Dame's greatest role models for hundreds of young women. Thank you for everything and happy retirement, S. Jan! 💙

Congratulations to graduate Grace Schardan '22 who placed third in Saint Louis University's inaugural Undergraduate Writing Award: 1818 High School Edition writing contest with her poem submission! This competition was open to ALL students taking ANY 1818 credit through SLU this semester. Grace will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the fall.

On Sunday, May 22, we celebrated the 87th graduating class of Notre Dame High School! We are so proud of these confident, compassionate Christian women. Congratulations to the Class of 2022! 💙🎓

Class 3 District 1 CHAMPIONS! 💙⚽️

At this year’s Baccalaureate, we recognized the contributions the Class of 2022 have made during their time at Notre Dame, as well as their inspiring futures. Congratulations to all the seniors, and thank you for being confident, compassionate women of Notre Dame. We are so proud of all your accomplishments! Special congratulations to our Valedictorian recipient Sophia Klobe, Salutatorian recipient Allison Curry, and Blessed Theresa Award recipient Perpetua Ciin. Shoutout to Senior Class President Melissa Keeton, who delivered a farewell to ND speech in honor of her class.

During Legacy Week, we asked alums to nominate someone they thought should receive Honorary NDHS Alum status. This new initiative honors those that didn’t graduate from Notre Dame, but still embody our mission nonetheless. We received 20 applications and chose 5 to be members of our first Honorary Alum class: 💙 Beth Catanzaro ‘88 💙 Julie Devoti ‘90 💙 Liz Miller ‘00 💙 Kristen Kreitner ‘07 💙 Kelly Haffner ‘14 Julie and Liz were able to join us at our Alum Induction to receive their honorary status. Congratulations to our new inductees! We are lucky to have them in our community as strong supporters of our mission and the legacy of this institution. Thank you for being true alums of the heart!

The Class of 2022 was officially welcomed into Notre Dame's alumnae community during our Alum Induction ceremony. Together they pledged to remain faithful and true hearted to their alma mater. Our guest alum speaker, Colleen Oge '84, reminded us all, "This is family. This is home." Congratulations, seniors! 💙

Each year we recognize students who have demonstrated success rooted in mission this school year during our annual ND Excellence Award Ceremony. On April 22, for the first time in over two years, we were able to celebrate All School Mass in the Motherhouse chapel again! We are so grateful to share our campus with the School Sisters of Notre Dame.

This week, AP Environmental Science debated the benefits of different sources of energy. Students presented facts and arguments for why their chosen energy source is better for the environment. Debates included fossil fuels, nuclear power, biomass, solar energy, hydropower and wind energy!
