Transcripts
Applicants from St. Louis Catholic Schools:
Please fill out the Archdiocese Intent form. Your grade school will send us your transcripts.
Applicants from non-Catholic grade schools and Illinois:
Please complete the record request form and submit it to your school to release your transcripts to Notre Dame.
Interview
Applicants will interview with a member of the Administrative Team on campus December 4-6th. We will contact you to set up an interview.
