Notre Dame High School Application

All applicants must complete a Notre Dame application. The application will need to be submitted by November 21, 2025. Before submitting, please review the application carefully for accuracy.

Archdiocese Online Transcript Request Form

For students attending a Catholic Saint Louis Archdiocesan grade school, you must submit a transcript request form through the Archdiocese of St. Louis by midnight on Sunday, November 9.

Sending Your Transcript To Notre Dame

For students not attending a Catholic Saint Louis Archdiocesan grade school you must have transcripts sent directly to Notre Dame from your middle/grade school.

Class of 2030 Interviews

Notre Dame will contact qualified applicants via email to schedule a 20-minute interview which will take place after school.
