On Tuesday, April 12th, Dr. Meghan Bohac, President of Notre Dame High School, announced her resignation. She shared the following message with our community:

"It is with mixed emotions that I announce my resignation as the president of Notre Dame High School. Over the past 7 years, I have come to know so many in our ND family. We have grown together in faith, spirit, and community during my tenure. I thank you for welcoming me and my family into yours. I will miss each of you, but I will continue to lift you and the entire Notre Dame High School community up in prayer.

Notre Dame High School has made tremendous gains over the last 7 years. ND has worked to be strategic, intentional, and collaborative in all of our efforts. In doing so, this has resulted in increased enrollment, strengthened financial viability, and a more comprehensive academic program for our students. I am grateful for all the work and support ND has given me both internally and externally. With the support of the School Sisters of Notre Dame and the Board of Directors, I am confident they will be able to find the next leader of Notre Dame High School."

Dr. Bohac will finish the 2021-2022 fiscal year before embarking on her next chapter as Dean of Academics at Cor Jesu Academy.

The School Sisters of Notre Dame and the Board of Directors have begun the search process for Notre Dame's next president. Members of the NDHS Corporate Board shared the following message:

"We thank Dr. Bohac for her leadership and service since 2015 and wish her the best in her future endeavors. A search committee has been formed to select the next president who will bring exciting new gifts and talents to NDHS.

As a sponsored ministry of the SSND, we are committed to the success of NDHS and the education of young women to become confident, compassionate Christian leaders. We are proud of the school’s 85-year heritage and look forward to working with you to build a strong future.

During this time of transition, we are especially grateful for the continued support of our dedicated faculty, staff, and parents. Together, we will continue to educate and empower young women to be our future leaders."
