Monthly RouNDup

October RouNDup

Check out what happened at The Dame this month!

October started off with one of our favorite days of the year — Rebel For A Day! Middle school girls joined us for a shadow experience which allowed them to explore the possibilities ND has to offer.

We were blessed with a beautiful day for our annual Fall Festival. Thank you to everyone who supported Notre Dame and our beloved tradition. It was a close competition, but the seniors crowned their queen!

Sarah Appelbaum ‘22 finished 20th in Class 2 State for golf and our volleyball team finished in the top 8 for Class 3 State. Way to go Rebels!

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, a student-led committee hosted a Quinceanera Fashion Show and Q&A session about the event’s tradition. They also set up a Día De Los Muertos altar where students could honor lost loved ones.

We gathered as a school community for Mass to express gratitude for the founding of the School Sisters of Notre Dame congregation and Foundress, Blessed Theresa. Per tradition, cake was enjoyed at lunch!
