Judge Program

Notre Dame had 10 students participate in the St. Louis County Election Board's "Student Election Judge Program" during the general municipal election on Tuesday, April 6th. Interested students had to apply and train before working 15 hours at their assigned polling place. ND had the most participants of any private school in the St. Louis area and the third most student participation overall. The Judge Program gives students an opportunity to work with veteran election judges, provides hands-on experience in learning how elections are conducted, and promotes the importance of civic engagement. We are so proud of our students for taking an active interest in our democracy and local government! They are truly becoming women leaders.
