ND Softball Field Gets A New Look
Our new $40,000 softball field project is underway.  In April, we brought in new soil with a diamond pro conditioner which will allow the field to take up to two inches of rain and still be playable.  In May, we will be adding new brick dugouts as well as concrete around the backstop.  A new scoreboard will be added in August as well as new bleachers behind home plate.  This will complement the new concession stand and bathrooms that were this year also.  A new sprinkler system will be added in October to finish the project.

Notre Dame Upgrades Soccer Field
Our new $35,00 soccer field opened up to play in March.  A new sprinkler system was added as well as expanding the current field to a 70 by 120 playing field.  A new outdoor shed was also added to help with soccer equipment and to be used for concessions during games.  A new scoreboard will be put in by August of this year.

New ND STUCO president wins State Scholarship
Danielle Rinck, ND newly elected Student Council President, was one of four students  to be awarded the Missouri Association of Student Council Gateway District scholarships  valued at $350.  Danielle will attend the State Leadership Conference in Fulton this summer.





Emily Nickels named St. Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete
Congratulations to ND Senior Emily Nickels who was named as one of the St. Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athletes for 2012. Emily plays soccer, basketball, golf and softball. She is a member of National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. Emily plans to attend the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
