Notre Dame coach rediscovers love for volleyballWilkerson: Rebels can surprise this fall
ST. LOUIS SUBURBAN JOURNAL- Tuesday, August 17, 2010

Bron Wilkerson signed on to help with the Momentum volleyball team to help out a buddy. A guy with a extensive background playing beach volleyball, he was going to work with the Momentum girls through their spring tournaments. That would be it, just a season, just a short while, then volleyball would go back on the shelf and Wilkerson would be back to his full-time gig, overseeing his Freestyle Fitness business in Webster Groves. The favor, however, turned out to be a reminder. Wilkerson didn't want to walk away when the club volleyball season wrapped up. A former strength and conditioning coach with the men's hoops program at Missouri Baptist, he was revved up from working with athletes again. The 34-year-old Wilkerson succeeds Lane Cox as the Rebels coach. Notre Dame went 9-19-2 and finished in the cellar in the Metro Women's Athletic Association last fall.

Class of 2010 Testimonial about ND I would like to tell you that Notre Dame prepared me so well for college. It is my second day of classes at Rockhurst University and I feel like I am so far ahead of everyone else. Today we had a class on what a small and large group is, how to organize your time and how to use your planners. We did all of that at Notre Dame. Not only that, but when I received my schedule, I already knew how to read it because our schedule here looks identical to the schedule at Notre Dame...click in to read more!

Wilhelm makes one last stop at Soccer ParkFormer Notre Dame standout helps South to 2-2 tie
ST. LOUIS SUBURBAN JOURNAL- Thursday, July 8

Dana Wilhelm will always have fond memories of the Soccer Park. Every season she played for Notre Dame ended there. So it was fitting that Thursday at the Anheuser-Busch Center (as it’s properly known) Wilhelm’s high school career officially came to a close. She took part in the 26th annual Missouri Athletic Club Senior All-Star Game. She and her South teammates played the North side to a 2-2 draw. “It was really exciting,” the Missouri Southern State signee said. “(Playing in the all-star game) means a lot.”
