Students at Catholic Grade Schools
Applications will be given to the Catholic elementary school principals in the fall. To apply for Catholic high school, please fill out and submit this application to your child's grade school principal by the November deadline.

PSR Students
Applications will be mailed on September 4th to PSR Directions. To apply for Catholic high school, please fill out and submit this application to your child's PSR teacher by the November deadline.

Student and non-Catholic elementary schools
