ENRICHMENT CAMPS
All Enrichment Camps cost $75 unless otherwise noted. All Enrichment Camps are taught by NDHS teachers. All Enrichment Camps are taught from June 4-8, 2012.
Offered from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
CSI: Notre Dame—students will learn fingerprinting, DNA & other crime scene applications.
Life’s a Stage—students will perform skits & selections from plays, musicals and dramatic pieces.
Math Explosion—students will enjoy games, trivia and competitions covering mathematical concepts. Students will also be introduced to basics of algebra and statistics.
Cooking Up Some Fun in the Kitchen—hands on cooking class that will teach how to cook a variety of foods. Cost is $95 for food.
Offered from 12:00-2:30 p.m.
The Art of Storytelling: Your Family’s History—students will explore storytelling by researching family history.
Offered from 8:30-11:00 a.m. or 12:00-2:30 p.m.
Leading the Way—students will use hands on games and activities to build self-confidence, motivation, and skills necessary to take on the challenge of leadership.
Sew Up a Pajama Party—create your own pajama pants—learn basic skills of operating a sewing machine.
The Book Nook—course meets 5 times through summer to discuss books selected by participants. Does not include cost of book. Dates & times will be decided by participants.
