Fall 2016 Play

Radium Girls, inspired by a true story, follows the women factory workers of a radium-based dial painting company. Madame Curie's discovery of Radium sparks an uproar of radium-based paints in the 1920's, and its properties illuminate the watches; however, the women soon find the radium they are using to be highly toxic. Radium Girls traces the efforts of Grace Fryer, a dial painter, as she fights for her day in court. Up against Arthur Roader, her former employer, she struggles to make him admit his fault.

Congratulations to the cast and crew for such wonderful and powerful performances!
